Description:

Urban planning of the park, programming and design of its edifications: laboratories, offices, workshops, Vic’s university and an hotel associated with a Food Farm Center  and an “Agriculture Park”.
In the convergence of the rural world and of the technology: the parks landscape is thought with the elements of the territory, the agriculture, and an architecture  support for technology and innovation. The project is a connective platform, covered by cultivated land  from which the buildings emerge. Principles like economy of resources and energy are applied: footprint optimized in the territory; maximum flexibility of the spaces for divisions  and possibility of  program modification ; energetic and food self-sufficiency.
