Description:

The requirements were to create a room for public courses that would have its own entrance.
The house already has a strong character and a nice seventies architectural language. It also had already been extended before.
We decided, therefore, to modify the volume with a similar language. The only modification was to invert the roof directions, in order to get the views to the sea and the pine-tree hills yet follow those discreet sedimentation plays.
